Hours of Operation at the Pfänder

In just a 6-minute ascent, you’ll reach the panoramic paradise on the Pfänder!

  • Shuttle service every quarter hour with 10 passengers
  • If necessary, 80 passengers can be transported every 6 minutes
  • Evening service is available until 11:00 p.m. upon request

Schedule and General Information

    • Shuttle service every quarter hour for 10 passengers, and
    • as needed, 80 people are transported every 10 minutes.
    • A trip up the Pfänder takes about 6 minutes!

  • Evening Rides

    • Available daily from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. upon request.
    • Price: €95.00 per half hour, minus the fare already paid for the ascent and descent

  • General Information

    • At the valley and mountain stations, access ramps provide convenient access for wheelchair users, families with strollers, and cyclists (free bike transport daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.).
    • Dogs are transported free of charge on the Pfänder Cable Car. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the Pfänder Cable Car and on the Pfänder.
    • Sports and recreational activities on the Pfänder do not take place on Pfänder Cable Car facilities, but on public or private property owned by third parties. The Pfänder Cable Car does not operate, inspect, or maintain these facilities. The Pfänder Cable Car assumes no liability. Visitors engage in these activities at their own risk and responsibility.
    • Visitors are expressly advised to be mindful of the Alpine environment, weather conditions, and their developments, which they are required to monitor on their own.
